There are various way we can structure this depending on your circumstances:

Discounted Healthcheck

A  day to do a review of all the main business processes.  This is useful to identify the main areas of the business that need to be tackled as a priority. The discounted fee will also be credited against any other of the following:

Manufacturing Review *funded by MAS

A day to review the manufacturing aspect of the business done by MAS specialist and all for the cost of just the VAT!  The day is fully funded so you have an experienced specialist at your disposal to review and action improvments which themselves can quality for funding

Focused Manufacturing Review *funded by MAS

A day as above but on a specific problem that has been identified e.g.  a process that isn't generating planned results or a machine that is not performing.  It can also include a GAP analysis to see what benefits can be achieved by installing an ISO 9001 quality management system

Manufacturing Project *funded by MAS

A funded project for a maximum of 10 days in order to transform part of your manufacturing process e.g. shop floor layout, lean initiatives or installing an ISO 9001 system.

Funding
In South Yorkshire and Humberside the level of MAS funding for manufacturers is currently 100% for the single days and 50% for the Manufacturing Projects subject to successful application.
