ISO 9001 Training Guide Videos Now Available

Pete Thornton-Smith of The BPAS Group based in Rotherham has been busy installing systems for clients around the region.  However he realises just how important support for the client is when they enter that crucial phase of using their system before they call in the auditors. More often than not the Management Representative in a small to medium sized enterprise:

-soon realises all they were taught is becoming a distant memory

in the current climate the cost of having a consultant on site is one most clients shy away from for obvious reasons.  So, with an apparent lack of good quality material out there Peter decided to do something about it.
