We have various ways to support clients once a project starts starting from the day we arrive on site.
We travel with our own mobile office so as not to disrupt the running of your own office and, in respect of quality management system installs, provide the consumables and progess the work with regular summaries based around our three phase programme - core procedures, mandatory procedures and quality manual.

We will happily conduct awareness sessions for all staff so they understand what is taking place, the benefits to the business and their role in it all.
During and after the work, we can support you the traditional way by email and phone or offer audio and video conferencing when sight of documents or the shop floor is required but distance presents an obstacle.
The latter simply makes use of Webex software and we just invite you to a session by email then you log in and immediately start to share information amongst attendees.
Either way you will be supported so you understand what is being introduced and how best to take advantage of it.
